In order to facilitate our patient's dietary change, we have developed the Glycoplan. In this table you will find a list of food stuff in different categories (marked in the colors of traffic lights: green = recommendable, yellow = okay if consumed irregularly, red = avoid), which show you what you can eat and what you should rather do without.
Again, the focus is on reducing bad carbohydrates, fats, allergens and pollutants. There are many foods and ingredients with which are beneficial for your body and which you can use to prepare delicious meals!
This list is meant as a general guideline in relation to food stuff and the sugar metabolism. We'll update this list from time to time to add new items or elaborate on others as new research and insight keep coming in.
